Hi!!!! I hope everyone's having a great holiday so far (: Before I leave, I knew I had to change my moodtheme & layout. Sooo, since Glee is up for the most nominations for the Golden Globes (beat that, 30 Rock!) & well, I love Glee, I've decided to pimp it out, Glee style! Woo!!!! Anyways, I've been really, really, really extremely busy since I'm leaving the country in what, 5 days? As much as I want to celebrate Christmas & NYs with you guys, I can't and I'm terribly sorry. But no worries, I will come bearing your favourite Filipino snacks! HAHAHAHA. ( Srsly, if I could, I would bring all of you guys to the Philippines. )



Today, I made mini cheesecakes. Well, it's the Jell-o no bake one BUT I didn't think it would be so tedious! Me being a real perfectionist with such things, I took forever to make them. Few mistakes making the cheesecakes:

1) My bottom crust wasn't thick. I mean, I made it as thick as a normal cheesecake BUT when I had to put the cheesy cream part, I didn't have enough for 23 mini cheesecakes -_-

2) I was too harsh on putting and evening out the cheesy cream. Some parts of the crumbs came out and it mixed with the cream so ): But no worries, that happened to like 5 out of the 23.

3) I'M ACTUALLY NOT SURE IF MY CRUMB MIX WAS RIGHT D':

After all, it is my first time making it so I wasn't that sure. BUT, don't worry, IT STILL TASTES AWESOME :D:D:D ( De, now you know why I asked you if you liked Cheesecake ^_^ ) Bolus didn't eat a lot because he knew that I was going to give some to Demello. HAHAHA, I should say that more often. After making the cheesecakes, all of a sudden, Bolus goes, "Are you going to make blueberry muffins too? I want." -_____- Although I didn't really feel like mixing things again, I still did it. Sooo, I guess I have moar things to eat! As if I'm not already fat ):

Alrighty, I shall continue describing the clothes I want to bring to the Philippines to my mom. Sigh, it's difficult you know!

Ever since I showed Bolus that tweet, he just can't go back to sleep. Omg, but seriously, that's so cool!!!! It's Alyson Hannigan!!!! Squee!!!! Geez, why didn't Glee come around August-y so I could tweet to the Glee cast to wish ME a happy birthday. Hmph. But it's cool, within the next 10 years, Shia will be hugging me on my birthday (: I'm never going to give up on that hope, okay? Even if he gets married (i hope not), I still aim to meet him. In whatever way possible ^_^ Anyways, I better go to sleep now. It's going to be a big (eating) day! (Sigh, I just lost 2kg & I'll probably gain that back tmr.)

It's already December 15, can you believe it? I know I've promised to myself that I would go out with people like Nads & Charlotte but it sucks that these plans just don't happen. All because I have to take care of that thing. A living Bolus is not easy to take care of, you know. I sincerely apologize for not being able to go out with you guys ): We're still friends right? (:

I remember sometime last year (or the year before) I asked Nads on her cbox what was the title of the song that went "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" (LMAO) & the song just naturally became my favourite Christmas song. Sure there are other great Christmas songs like O Come All Ye Faithful (THE ONLY TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS SONG I KNOW THE LYRICS TO) and Little Drummer Boy and even Sleigh Ride, but there's just something about HYAMLC which I love. Many people have covered the song and I must say their different renditions are great but I think my personal favourite is Ella Fitzgerald's version. It was played in The Holiday and I remember I couldn't sleep for nights because I didn't know which version it was. I went through many, many pages on YouTube but I still had no luck. FINALLY, someone did post it online & it made me so, so, so happy. ( Last Christmas is also an awesome Christmas song. Because Glee covered it. But srsly, even if they didn't cover it, it's still an awesome Christmas song. I love it because I saw this guy in Philippines singing it and he sounded mad. I still insist it's because someone broke his heart that year. )
